We do not sell to consumers. This also applies to EOS Home: suitability for residential buildings describes the system’s application and does not mean direct sales to private customers.

This website presents NexoWatt EOS, potential applications and technical information. It has no online shop, checkout or online payment facility. Contact options are provided for non-binding enquiries. For business enquiries, please state your business and intended business use or customer project.
Your individual proposal
The scope of services, compatible equipment, licence, prices, delivery arrangements and any applicable contractual terms are specified in the individual proposal. An enquiry through this website does not place a paid order.
Service and commissioning
NexoWatt offers service, configuration, device integration and commissioning for EOS. Scope, delivery arrangements and fees are specified in the individual proposal. Required assembly and electrical installation work at the customer’s installation must be performed separately by a suitable specialist contractor.
Withdrawal for business customers
Contracts concluded exclusively with businesses for their trade or independent professional activity are not subject to the statutory consumer right of withdrawal under sections 312g and 355 of the German Civil Code. Statutory rights concerning defects and individually agreed rights remain unaffected.
Technical information
Functions and integrations depend on the edition, licence, model, firmware, interfaces and project configuration. The documentation does not replace project-specific design, manufacturer approval or required checks by qualified professionals.
